Dublin, Ireland: Jameson Distillery Tour

Wednesday, January 27, 2016

Jameson always brings me back to the good ‘ol college days when I would buy alcohol in immensely large containers. Okay, I still do. But what I did not know is that Dublin has a Jameson Distillery right next to my hostel! It’s both a convenient and terribly awesome idea…

Classic Wine and Dine

Sunday, January 24, 2016

What I love about California is the great weather year-round. It’s just perfect for wine tasting on any given weekend. Of course when it comes to wine tasting, there’s always an element of dressing up that makes it all the more fun! Think of it as an adult tea party, but with wine and cheese.

Breaking into the Celine Micro

Tuesday, January 5, 2016

The weather in California has been quite cold this year. In fact it’s warmer over in New York right now than here, which is nearly impossible to believe! With the weather hitting the low 40s at night, I’ve been bundling up every time I leave the house.

Killarney, Ireland: Review of the Fairview Hotel

Friday, January 1, 2016

My trip to Ireland involved a brief stay at the Fairview Hotel. It’s a boutique hotel in the town center of Killarney in Ireland and boasts a small town charm. There are about 2 main streets in town full of shops, bars, and hotels. It makes for a great, couple of days stay!
