Textured Blue Skirt and White Top Finds for the Summer



This past weekend afforded me more time to do some shopping as I was finally home from my hectic travel schedule. The awesome thing about this time of the year are the sales. There seems to be sales in a good number of stores as they try to get rid of their winter and spring attire which means it's time to stock up that closet!
Spring clothes are quite versatile and can easily be used for summer. In fact I found today's outfit in the sales section which can well function as a casual office outfit (although it maybe on the shorter side) or a nice going out summer outfit (think of garden parties and wine tasting). The skirt seemed quite thick and durable which was an awesome find for the price. The top has 2 layers so it's not as sheer as most tops I've found, making it appropriate for work and after-work without having to layer on another tank top.
